The Princess Beatrice Room is a modern room, perfect as a breakout room to the Mary Sumner Room, or used for smaller meetings and gatherings, accommodating a maximum of 25 people in a theatre-style layout or 16 people in a boardroom layout.

2022 Venue Hire Fees*

Our standard booking timings are Monday to Friday:  

Morning Session 9am - 1pm £282.00 (VAT exempt)
Afternoon Session 1:30pm - 5:30pm £282.00 (VAT exempt)
Full Day 9am - 5:30pm £447.00 (VAT exempt)

We are not able to provide lunch in the Princess Beatrice Room
We recommend Spoilt for Choice, or you are welcome to use caterers of your choosing

Catering

We offer tea/coffee/biscuits/water in our smaller rooms, but not in the Conference Hall.  Please contact us to discuss your refreshment requirements.
