The Princess Helena Room is ideal for interviews, small board meetings, roundtable discussions and the like, accommodating a maximum of 12 people in a boardroom layout or up to 18 people in a theatre-style layout.

2022 Venue Hire Fees*

Our standard booking timings are Monday to Friday:  

Morning Session 9am - 1pm £233.00 (VAT exempt)
Afternoon Session 1:30pm - 5:30pm £233.00 (VAT exempt)
Full Day 9am - 5:30pm £380.00 (VAT exempt)

We are not able to provide lunch in the Princess Helena Room
We recommend Spoilt for Choice, or you are welcome to use caterers of your choosing

Catering

We offer tea/coffee/biscuits/water in our smaller rooms, but not in the Conference Hall.  Please contact us to discuss your refreshment requirements.
